The User Experience Design Consortium is seeking new members who are interested in the opportunity to enhance their professional development and job effectiveness as managers of User Experience, Human Factors, or related functions. This intimately networked group, which has been active since 2004, gives managers the opportunity to gain new insights and knowledge to help them lead their teams now and into the future. The group meets in person and virtually to (1) Share best management practices, float new ideas, and discuss pressing issues with each other, (2) Engage with thought leaders and university faculty to learn about the latest research initiatives involving new processes, methodologies, technologies, and organizational/managerial topics, and (3) Engage with User Experience managers and practitioners in selected companies.
