To further support our students we would like to draw your attention once again to our Perception and Performance TG Student Research Grant. We will provide two $500 grants for HFES student members to conduct independent research related to perception and performance. Our community indicated to have a special interest in research concerning (i) reseach using perception research technologies, such as eye tracking, (ii) perception support technologies, such as haptic feedback, and (iii) human perception characteristics, such as visual impairment and auditory aspects of perception. But other proposals are welcome as well.
Please send a structured proposal to the PPTG Chair Jason McCarley by October 28 2022. Questions regarding this Grant can also be send to
Jason.mccarley@oregonstate.edu.
