Hello members of PDTG and HCTG,
With the HFES Annual Meeting a little over three months away, planning has started for the popular annual PDTG/HCTG Networking Reception. This year it will be held at the Hudson Grille, just a short walk from the conference hotel. On their covered outdoor heated patio, you will be able to meet with old and new friends. Usually there is a free drink for everyone, a generous amount of complimentary food, and door prizes. Those amenities are the result of financial support from caring sponsors who want to support the Society and who desire a visible presence in our TG communities.
Please consider putting your company's name on the roster of sponsors who want to be associated with making the Networking Reception a fun and successful event. Your company will be promoted before, during, and after the event as shown on the attached benefits document for monetary sponsorships. In-kind sponsorships of company products or services can be used advantageously for door prizes. The exposure your company gets from either type of sponsorship can have immediate benefits if you are hiring or looking for collaboration opportunities. And you will get that exposure even if you are not present at the Reception.
