Getting to Seasons 52:
This year the PD/HCTG Networking Reception is a little over a mile from the Biltmore Hotel so we encourage people to use shuttles, Uber/Lyft, or methods other than walking to get to and back from our reception.
HFES will have a complimentary shuttle running for all HFES conference attendees at the Arizona Biltmore hotel to the Biltmore Fashion Park where Seasons 52 is located. More information can be found on this page on the conference website.
The company Fieldwork will have a shuttle running for their Human Factor's Happy Hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at their facility right across the street from Seasons 52, the last shuttle leaving Fieldwork at 7:30pm will drop off at Seasons 52 before heading back to the Biltmore Hotel.
