(Note: The following information is sent on behalf of Eric Holder, HART TG annual conference program chair).
Hi HART TG,
We are in the conference homestretch and adding chairs to all of our sessions. If you are interested in chairing or co-chairing one of our 5 lecture sections, please send an email to eric.w.holder4.civ@army.mil with the following information by 8 pm ET on Thursday, September 15th. I attached the 2021 guidelines as still waiting on 2022 ones. We aim to give everyone their first choice for sessions, but it's first-come-first-served until we fill the schedule.
-Name
-Affiliation
-Have you served as a session chair/co-chair before?
-Are you a student or non-student?
-First, second, and third choices of the sessions you would like to chair/co-chair
Here is the list of sessions, which are also attached as an excel document as email can wreck formatting and make this harder to read.
