    NOTE:  In 2025, a​ll HFES technical groups use a single form for reviewer recruitment.

     

     

    REVIEWING PROCESS DETAILS

    • When completing the signup form, select CEDM TG to express a preference for reviewing extended abstracts for the CEDM TG.  

    • You can still also review papers for other TGs.  The primary TG that you select is considered as your preference.

    • Program chairs will balance the number and areas of focus of abstracts for each reviewer with the reviewers' interests, expertise, and capacity. 

    • HFES will provide guidance materials to reviewers to ensure consistent and constructive reviews. 

    • If you are a reviewer for an accepted extended abstract that chooses to submit the extended abstract for publication --- or to submit a full paper, then you will be asked to also serve as a reviewer for those revised extended abstracts and/or full papers.

    • This is a great opportunity to contribute to the conference and gain valuable peer-review experience!

     

     

    REVIEWER SIGNUP DEADLINES

    Please complete the reviewer signup form by Saturday, February 15.

    I​mportant reviewer dates:

    • March 10 abstract reviews begin
    • April 3 abstract reviews end
    • April 14 accept / reject decision shared to authors
    • May 5 authors submit their full papers
    • May 8 full paper reviews begin
    • May 21 full paper reviews end
    • June 17 authors submit their final paper (camera ready)
