Cognitive Engineering and Decision Making Technical Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for a human factors postdoctoral research position focused on Medication Safety during Care Transitions. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Human Factors Engineering or a closely related field, demonstrating expertise in cognitive engineering research methods. Experience in the healthcare domain is highly desired but not necessary.

This position is funded by an NIH R18 grant. The incumbent will play a key role in planning and executing interdisciplinary research projects that will identify and address medication safety problems during care transitions.
