Dear members of the HFES,
This is the final call for nominations for Technical Group Vice Chair and Technical Group Program Vice Chair for the Extended Reality Technical Group (XRTG). Service in these positions is an outstanding way to contribute to the Society by addressing the interests of members in this interest area in multiple ways. This includes development of a track of sessions at the HFES Annual Meeting (ASPIRE 2025) that can provide new information to attendees across a spectrum of areas.
The Technical Group Vice Chair and Technical Group Vice Program Chair will both serve one-year terms (January through December 31, 2025) before moving into the roles of Technical Group Chair and Technical Program Chair for one more calendar year term. Please review the attached for more information.
Nominations, including self-nominations may be submitted here https://hfes.formstack.com/forms/xrtg_nominations_2024. until January 10, 2025. Ballots will be distributed by January 20 and the election will close on January 31.
