A friendly reminder - ASPIRE 2026 2-page extended abstracts are due Tuesday, February 24, 2026!
Call for Reviewers
We anticipate a high number of submissions for the 2026 HFES ASPIRE Conference and need your help to ensure a high-quality review process. Your expertise will be helpful in shaping the program and providing meaningful feedback to authors.
Reviewers will be asked to review 2-page extended abstracts. Each reviewer will be assigned no more than 6 reviews, unless you indicate a different number.
- Step 1 reviews will take place March 9 - April 15.
If you are a reviewer for an accepted submission that chooses to submit a paper or extended abstract, you will be asked to also serve as a reviewer for that paper / extended abstract.
- Step 2 reviews will take place May 21 - June 3.
