    Are you interested in a Leadership Role with the XRTG? Then check out the open positions in the upcoming HFES Technical Group election cycle!
    It's election season! All HFES Technical Group leaders serve calendar year terms (Jan-Dec 2026), and elections for the upcoming year are now open. We are seeking members to serve as candidates for these positions: Technical Group Vice Chair and Technical Group Vice Program Chair. If you're interested in other positions that are appointed (not on the ballot) including Secretary/Treasurer, Communication Director, Webmaster, please email shannonbailey@usf.edu or sfussell@aptima.com.
    Positions on the Ballot (Elected, descriptions here):
    • Technical Group Vice Chair* This is a two-year commitment because after serving one year as Vice Chair, the Vice Chair becomes the Technical Group Chair for one year
    • Technical Group Vice Program Chair* This is a two-year commitment because after serving one year as Program Vice Chair, the Technical Group Vice Program Chair becomes the Program Chair for one year 
    * Must be Full Members
