Hello, Training Technical Group members! We are seeking volunteers to be session chairs for the HFES ASPIRE 2026 TTG sessions. Session chair duties include:
- Making sure speakers upload PowerPoint files to HFES repository (I believe instructions will go out to authors for this new system) - otherwise have speakers load presentations on the session laptop
- Asking presenters for a short bio you can use to introduce them
- Arriving at least 10 minutes early to meet your speakers before the session
- Providing Symposium Survey information during opening remarks and reminders for recordings, phones, etc.
- Warning speakers when they are reaching their time limit
- Making sure to adhere to the sequence and schedule listed in the program
- Prepare some "seed" questions for the Q&A portion (suggested)
You'll also be given a guide with additional and more detailed information. Below are the TTG sessions for this year. Please let me know if you are interested in chairing one of these sessions. We can also do co-chairs if there is interest.

TR1/GS2: Training & General Session Demonstrations, Wednesday, October 21st, 3pm – 4pm
TR3: Co-Pilots in Learning: Leveraging AI for Personalized, Scalable Training, Wednesday, October 21st, 4:30pm – 5:30pm
TR4: The Role of Situational Awareness, Metacognition, and Automation in Specialized Field Training, Thursday, October 22nd, 11:05am – 12:05pm
