Hi all -
I hope this email finds you well and perhaps having already submitted your ASPIRE (HFES Annual Meeting) abstract. (Or maybe many of you are like me and appreciate the thrill of a last-minute submission- ha!).
A few reminders re: the ASPIRE conference:
- The submission is different this year! Only a 1,250-word abstract is required upon initial submission. Accepted abstracts will be given the option to submit a 5-page paper (much like the old submission requirements). Additionally, there is a new "Industry/Practitioner Case Studies" submission option!
- The deadline for submissions has been extended to this coming Weds Feb 28 at 11:59 PM US EST.
- Finally, we will need folks who are willing to review these brief abstracts! Please express your interest in reviewing.
I'm looking forward to reading your submissions and seeing you at the first ASPIRE conference in September!
