We anticipate a high number of submissions for the 2025 HFES ASPIRE Conference and need your help to ensure a high-quality review process. Your expertise would be helpful in shaping the program and providing meaningful feedback to authors. If you are available to serve as a reviewer, please fill out the below form.

Reviewers will not review full papers or extended abstracts for the initial review phase. Instead, reviewers will be asked to review short extended abstracts. Each reviewer will be assigned no more than 6 reviews unless you indicate a different number. Initial reviews will take place March 7 - April 3.
If you are a reviewer for an accepted submission that chooses to submit a paper or extended abstract, you will be asked to serve as a reviewer only for those papers. Paper/extended abstract reviews will take place May 5 - May 21, and your decision on the final paper will be due by June 16.
