If you are able to endorse individuals within the Computer Science portion of arXiv.org, I would like to connect with you.
As I understand it, arXiv.org screens work via moderation, but not peer review. It seems like a good venue for posting a few technical reports that my team and I have authored, but which are probably not appropriate for publications in journals. In attempting to upload the technical reports, I discovered that I needed to be endorsed by someone who has already submitted 3 papers to an appropriate technical group within the last 3-60 months. Since the work I'm interested in posting focuses on Human-AI teaming/co-operating, the group of interest is Computer Science.
