How to Participate:

• Click the Discussion link to create a post that indicates you are seeking a roommate to share the hotel lodging expense
  
  
• Provide your gender identity or how you self-describe your gender identity. Also, please indicate if you are a student.
  
  
• Indicate the gender identity of those you would consider sharing hotel accommodations
  
  
• Indicate your planned number of lodging nights (arrival date and departure date) and feel free to add a brief personal message
  
  
• ALTERNATIVELY:  Browse any postings and contact the individual you would like to invite to share lodging/expenses by clicking the downward arrow on the “Reply” button. Then click “Reply Privately” to engage with the individual
  
  
• DELETE your posting once you no longer seek a roommate or email info@hfes.org to ask us to delete it
