Bio

Yadrianna Acosta-Sojo is an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Auburn University. Yadrianna's research objectives include utilizing wearable technologies (e.g., exoskeletons) and methods to (1) understand changes in proprioception and motor control and (2) improve rehabilitation procedures for patients with neurological disorders.

Yadrianna completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan. Yadrianna received her Ph.D. and M.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. She is the recipient of the 2014 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Student Research Fellowship.
