    Hello!

This is my first post to the new Human Factors/Ergonomics (and other) type professional discussion board. For the HFES members seeing this, I encourage you to add this group to the ones you are a member of so you can correspond with people who are not members who are needing to reach out and get support, ideas, encouragement, a smile, vent (as long as it's appropriate), whatever….

If you are not an HFES member, WELCOME. We are glad you are here. It is through shared collaboration and community that we will get through this time (and we WILL get through this time) to ensure that our science and practice continue throughout the US and the world for EVERYONE. The stakes are too high for anything else.

There are many people who have been putting together plans for HFES to formally and informally respond to much of what is and has happened. I'll be providing updates on that later today so be on the lookout.

In the meantime, please encourage people to use this group as a place for community.

    Best,

    Camille
