Our goal is to ensure that both mentee and mentor feel prepared to develop an effective relationship and maximize their experience.
With a focus on mentees, this presentation will provide information about mentoring and how to find a mentor that is right you. Whether you want to find a mentor, or are even considering being a mentor, this presentation will provide attendees with an understanding of the mentoring relationship.

Are you wanting to find a mentor but are unsure of where or what to look for? This presentation offers practical guidance for a mentee that can lead to successful partnership. We will address common questions such as "What makes a good mentor?" and "How do I find one?" The presentation also includes a self-reflection exercise to help you define what a meaningful mentorship relationship looks like for you.
