As we prepare for HFES's 69th Annual Meeting October 12th-17th, we are reaching out to invite you to volunteer as a Session Chair for the XRTG. As a Session Chair, you will play an important role in helping ensure that the conference runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include introducing speakers, moderating Q&A sessions, and keeping everything on schedule.

Survey Details:
-Deadline: The survey will close Monday August 4th.
-Sessions: The survey includes a list of available sessions for you to choose from. You may select as many sessions as you're willing to chair.
-Duration: Each session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
We will notify you once your session chair assignments have been confirmed.
