    Dear STTG Members,

    This message serves as a reminder that the deadline to submit proposals for ASPIRE 2026 (the HFES Annual Meeting) is Monday, February 16, 2026.

    The Surface Transportation Technical Group strongly encourages the submission of proposals that fall broadly within the domain of surface transportation and are relevant to a diverse audience, including academics, researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals.
