Stage 1 decision were released a little while back, and I wanted to take the time to remind the authors that received acceptance decision (lecture or poster) to go into the submission portal to confirm your choice (accept or decline) by the deadline and also to be aware of the upcoming stages:
- May 12, 2026 – Acceptance Confirmation
Confirm your acceptance in the submission system.
Author and Abstract Updates Due
- Stage 2: Abstract and Author Updates, Accessibility Needs, and Recording Permission Due also May 12th
Submit Stage 2 to the submission system. The information confirmed in this stage is what appears in the program and mobile app.
- Stage 3: Pre-Publication Proceedings Paper Review Opens on May 12th
Authors may begin submitting papers for pre-publication review. This review (Stage 3) is required for publication.

- June 4, 2026 - Paper Review Comments Released
Comments on papers submitted will be released by this date.
REVEIWERS PLEASE NOTE: After authors submit their Stage 3 on May 19th, we will begin assigning you to review the papers submitted for publication (as mentioned ASPIRE has a 2-step review process). Please stay tuned, and thank you for your continued commitment to ensure we have high quality sessions and proceedings!
