The Occupational Ergonomics Technical Group (OETG) is looking for session chair for our technical sessions at ASPIRE 2026, which will be held October 19–23, 2026, in Reno, Nevada.
Our technical sessions feature outstanding research in occupational ergonomics, and session chairs play an important role in ensuring that presentations run smoothly and that discussions are engaging and productive.
As a session chair, your responsibilities will include:
- Introducing speakers and keeping the session on schedule.
- Moderating the question-and-answer discussion following each presentation.
- Helping create a welcoming and professional environment for presenters and attendees.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes long, and detailed instructions will be provided before the conference.
