We pursue "better health, by design" by developing and testing health interventions for health promotion, disease prevention, and care delivery. We are a federally-funded, interdisciplinary team applying expertise from social and behavioral sciences, systems engineering, informatics, human-centered design, and the health professions. Key areas of research include medication safety; mobile health, sensors, and other technologies; aging and family caregiving; chronic disease care; lifestyle behavior interventions; human-centered and participatory design; clinical trials; and implementation research.
About the position: The position will provide mentored research training and experience to those who aspire to a research-intensive academic career. Fellows will be able to lead both existing and new research projects. We offer competitive compensation and research support. Essential duties include:
· Prepare individual development plan, form a mentorship team
· Lead and contribute to health intervention research studies
· Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative data analyses
· Develop and prepare research proposals for funding
· Publish and present research findings and methods
Qualifications: A Ph.D. or other doctorate in a health-related field, health research experience, and a strong publication record are required. Preference will be given to candidates with grant writing experience and career aspirations in health intervention research.

He is a dedicated mentor with a track record of mentees winning NIH/AHRQ K awards and independent funding, earning tenure-track faculty positions, publishing, and receiving awards.
