Dear All:
I hope all of you guys who attended the conference had a great time in Atlanta. It was great to see you in person after the two pandemic years. I am seeking nominations from my fellow OETG members for the upcoming leadership roles. You can self-nominate and/or nominate someone who you think could step up and lead the way!
Attached you will find the responsibilities for each role. You may also consider them as bylaws to help lead the way! Many thanks to Susan (Dr. Susan Kotowski) for preparing the draft. However, I made the final draft, and a few latest changes are solely mine. This year, I have suggested a 3-year term for the TG Chair to get back on staggered terms. The Program Chair and Newsletter Editor positions are for a 2-year term. In addition, to keep the committee on track, there will be annual review surveys to evaluate individual OETG committee performance by all OETG members. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
If any of you are interested or would like to nominate someone to serve in the next OETG leadership roles, could you please let me know ASAP? I would greatly appreciate it if you please send a blurb of your bio and a photograph (or the nominee's bio and photograph) to me by midnight next Wednesday, Oct 19.
