The HFES OETG is pleased to announce four need-based student travel grants for ASPIRE 2024. These awards aim to support students in presenting an accepted paper or poster at the Annual Meeting.
To be eligible for the award, the applicant must be a student and must have an accepted paper or poster that will be presented at the Annual Meeting. Each awardee will receive $500. To apply, please send the following information to Thomas Rowell (thomassrowell@gmail.com) by Thursday, August 15, 2024.

2. Advisor contact information
3. A description of the role of the research in their academic program (e.g., Part of Thesis, Pilot Study for Dissertation, Senior Project, etc.)
4. A description of the budget available to them for travel and the total estimated cost of the travel
