Happy May! Here are some friendly reminders for the ASPIRE 2026 UXTG Authors and Reviewers.
FOR AUTHORS
Stage 1 decisions were released on Friday, April 17th. If you are an author who received acceptance decisions (lecture or poster), please go into the submission portal to confirm your choice (accept or decline) by the deadline.
- May 12, 2026 – Acceptance Confirmation Deadline (Confirm your acceptance in the submission system.)
Author and Abstract Updates Due

- Stage 2: Abstract & Author Updates, Accessibility Needs, and Recording Permission - Also Due May 12th
Submit Stage 2 to the submission system. The information confirmed in this stage is what appears in the conference program and mobile app.

- Stage 3: Pre-Publication Proceedings Paper Review - Opens on May 12th
Authors may begin submitting papers for pre-publication review. This review (Stage 3) is required for publication.
Other relevant deadlines:
- May 19, 2026 – Stage 3: Pre-Publication Proceedings Papers Due
- June 4, 2026 - Paper Review Comments Released
Comments on papers submitted will be released by this date.
FOR REVIEWERS
After authors submit their Stage 3 papers on May 19th, we will begin assigning our Stage 1 Reviewers to review the papers submitted for publication (ASPIRE has a 2-step review process). If you are unable to participate in this second stage of reviews, please let me know as soon as possible.
