The HFES ASPIRE Student Program is seeking volunteers to participate in a Resume/CV Critique Workshop on October 13, 2025 for just two hours.
Shraddha Swaroop is organizing a Resume/CV Critique workshop as part of the student program for Human Factors & Ergonomics Society (HFES) ASPIRE in Chicago on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025 afternoon. Shraddha is looking for volunteers to mentor students as part of that effort.
Mentors will give students feedback on their resumes/CVs for 20 minute in-person sessions over 2 hours.
These mentors should work in human factors and ergonomics (HFE) and should have professional, industry background. Mentors are needed from the entire diversity wheel so please feel welcome to raise your hand in volunteerism and serve inclusively of all that makes you - you!
The goal is to allow students participating to see themselves reflected back in the mentors to provide comfort with the conversation as well as with the Society as a whole since students often feel overwhelmed at their first few Society gatherings.
