Dear EDTG colleagues,
On behalf of the EDTG Chair and Program Chair, I cordially invite you to submit a paper to the HFES Environmental Design Technical Group due Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 by 5pm EST, for review and consideration in the 67th HFES International Annual Meeting, October 23-27 to be held in Washington, D.C.
The EDTG welcomes submissions on human factors considerations in indoor and outdoor environments related to human well-being, safety, and innovation in a broader aspect, including the following topics:
- accessible, inclusive and/or universal design of built and/or engineered environments and systems;
- human factors and design of shared spaces, including performance, safety, health, teamwork, communication and/or social participation in the workplace, healthcare, and public spaces;
- human factors in sustainability, sustainable design, and/or any of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- human factors in office work and work-from-home in the post-pandemic era, and the future of work.
We also invite proposals for other formats, such as a discussion panel, symposium, workshop, demo, or other alternative format on related topics. You can read more at https://www.hfes.org/Events/International-Annual-Meeting
