Reflecting on the recent HFES (ASPIRE) conference, it was great to reconnect with colleagues and see familiar faces, as well as meet new members of TTG and many more. I would like to thank everyone who was involved in making this event happen. This includes:

    - Reviewers who did a fantastic job in selecting high-quality research and dedicated their time to provide feedback and recommendations.

    - Presenters who showcased their findings with the Training TG community which was a great success (!); and Program Chairs for their efforts in leading the sessions.

    - TG Officers who worked hard all year to ensure that attention is paid to all details of preparation to the event.

In addition, we celebrated successes of our Award Winners in the categories: Best Student Paper, Best Student Proposal, and Best Poster!

In line with the HFES requirements the TTG Business Meeting was run online following the Annual Meeting. If you were unable to attend it or would like to review it, please see the slides attached.

As we welcome 2025, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your dedication and contributions to the TTG's success over the past year. Achieving Gold Status in the HFES Circle of Excellence Program was a testament to our collective hard work and commitment to advancing training and human factors. Thank you for your relentless passion and teamwork, which make our group truly exceptional.

If you would like to suggest activities of your interest in TTG, a speaker, or you are willing to be a speaker at our next webinar, please feel free to contact me with your suggestions (o.molloy@unsw.edu.au ). Stay tuned for upcoming TTG news, activities and initiatives as we continue to promote excellence in the field of human factors and ergonomics within our technical group.

We appreciate everyone and each of you for being a valuable member of the Training TG and looking forwards to working with you in 2024 and beyond. We look forward to your related ASPIRE paper/poster/panel/etc. submissions in the weeks ahead.

Thank you for being an integral part of this vibrant community. Here's to a productive and inspiring year ahead!

    Warm regards,
