Apologies for not making the meeting yesterday. I really wanted to attend but an oxygen cylinder fell on my foot and dislocated my toe. Ironically, I'm working on improving OR ergonomics to reduce adverse events!
I'm an OB anesthesiologist in the UK and graduated an MSc U o Edinburgh three years ago in Patient Safety and Human Factors.
