After several months of preparation, we are pleased to launch the ASTG Mentorship Program.
This program is intended to connect members of the Aerospace Systems Technical Group who would like to exchange experience, discuss career development, and learn from one another. Limiting the program to ASTG members helps ensure that participants share similar professional interests and challenges, which should make the mentorship exchanges more meaningful.

Applications are open up to March 27.
We have designed the process to support thoughtful matching and a positive experience for everyone involved. In addition to the application, participants will have the opportunity to attend a "Meet the Mentors" online event where mentors briefly introduce themselves and answer questions. This step allows applicants to better understand potential mentors before submitting their preferences.
The main steps and timeline are as follows:

Apply – Complete the short application form https://forms.gle/uTU8gCec19Qzhph16 Applications are open until March 27.

Review candidates – Participants will receive the list of applicants to get a first look at potential mentors and mentees (March 30 – April 8).

Meet the Mentors event – Join the online session where mentors introduce themselves, followed by a Q&A (April 9 – 16).

Choose your preferences – Submit your top three choices for whom you would like to be matched with (April 21).

Get matched – Participants receive an email connecting them with their mentorship partner and can begin their mentorship experience (April 28).
