We are now seeking nominations for the 2026 Stephanie Binder Young Professional Award!
Each year, STTG confers a Young Professional Award to a young human factors professional who demonstrates outstanding contribution to transportation human factors. The award will be given at the ASPIRE Annual Conference during the STTG Business Meeting in October 2026 in Reno, NV.
Eligibility:
- 35 years old or younger (as of date of nomination).
- Employed full time (in academia, industry, or government) in a surface transportation related field for at least two years beyond degree completion (currently enrolled students are not eligible).
- Open to anyone globally who meets these qualifications.
Award consideration criteria include research, outreach/education, and other significant contributions to advancing human factors in transportation.
