I sent out the XRTG review assignments on Tuesday afternoon. If you signed up as a reviewer, you should have received one or more emails from ASPIRE 2025
do_not_reply@linklings.com with the subject line: ASPIRE 2025: [Submission Type]: Request for Review.
The email explains how to access and accept your reviews. If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder.
To accept reviews, simply click each assignment or the "accept all" button, and then submit. Please complete this process for each submission type you were invited to review (e.g., lecture, poster, alternative session, etc.).
Reviews are due by April 3, 2025.
If you have any issues with your assigned reviews, please let me know ASAP so I can reassign them quickly. My email is
randall.spain@gmail.comAs in previous years, you'll be asked to score each submission across several areas using a 1-7 rating scale and to provide written feedback to the authors. HFES strongly encourages providing authors with written feedback and comments, as this is very helpful for improving the quality of our submissions.
Also, remember that you may be asked to review the full paper of the submissions you've reviewed, should the authors choose to submit one. So, please keep your notes handy to ensure that any major or minor concerns you identify are adequately resolved during the revision and publication process.
