If you are a student with an approved UX Poster/Paper, I would have contacted you about a Travel Award drawing.....
If you have paid the Aspire 24 Registration fee and are interested in being entered for this drawing please respond by August 17th!
You will need to provide the documentation listed below to verify you meet the requirements of the HFES USE TG Travel Award drawing:
1) Your academic advisor's contact information.
2) Your research role, in your advisor's research program.
(Example: part of thesis, pilot study for MS/PhD dissertation, senior project, etc.)
3) Travel budget description available (to you) from your academic institution and your estimated trip cost.
Note, if no funds are available, please get an email from your advisor stating no institutional funding available (or institution)
and,
4) Your accepted Student poster/paper number.
5) I will need your signed W9 by August 19th (attached as fw9.pdf)
The USE TG Travel award will be between ~$300 and $400 and will be awarded after the Aspire conference, remember attendance is necessary to qualify for this travel award!
