We are dedicated to celebrating diversity within the society, specifically by creating an informal setting where issues related to women can be discussed. In doing this, we aim to facilitate networks where mentorship and networking with women of the society can occur so that future leaders receive the development they need.

    Hi everyone!

    I am finalizing the details on two webinars that will be hosted by HFEWOMAN. The first will be the return of our coffee hours where we can get together informally and discuss important (and sometimes not so important) topics related to our affinity group. This will start up again in September and will also feature a discussion of the HFEWOMAN related events and talks that will occur at the HFES conference in D.C.

    The second will be a talk by Dr. Beth Phillips regarding OpenAI and her related research and then an open forum discussion with all attendees after. There are plans for this talk to happen in early November.

    I am waiting on specific dates and will post the webinar details here and on our website and social media outlets when everything is worked out!
