    Dear HART TG members,

We are excited to invite you, your guests, and anyone interested in learning about our technical group to the Human-AI-Robot Teaming (HART) TG January Member Conversation on Tuesday, February 28, at 12 PM ET.

Please bring/invite a friend, bring your questions, join the conversation, share your ideas, and enjoy the research lightning talk. This month's topic and research lightning talk is "Trust in multi-human-robot teams: a neuroergonomics approach", to be presented by Aakash Yadav of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Speaker Bio: Aakash is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Neuroergonomics Lab at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, advised by Dr. Ranjana Mehta. His research interests span trust in human-robot teams, disaster robotics, machine learning, and neuroergonomics.

Abstract: Understanding team dynamics in multi-human-robot teams (mHRTs) is crucial as robots increasingly operate alongside humans in high-stakes environments. This work explores using neurophysiological measures (i.e., fNIRS, ECG, etc.) to assess team trust. We use methods such as wavelet transform coherence, dynamics time warping, and cross-recurrent quantification analysis to assess team dynamics in addition to individual-based metrics.
