    Dear STTG members,

    We are seeking session chairs/co-chairs for the Surface Transportation Technical Group (STTG) at the 2024 HFES Annual Meeting – ASPIRE in Phoenix, AZ from September 9-13, 2024. 

    Volunteering to be a session chair/co-chair provides an excellent professional development opportunity where you can contribute to the society, gain broader exposure and visibility, exchange insights, and network with peers. The chair moderates the session, including introducing presenters, keeping time, and managing Q&As. The co-chair assists the chair.  

    This year, STTG has 16 sessions that are in need of support. Below is a list of sessions and their respective dates and times (all in Mountain Standard Time, MST). All sessions have a total of 3 presenters (except for discussion panels).

Double-check that you do not have any conflicts at the times that you select before signing up. Chair/co-chair assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Early career professionals and senior graduate students are highly encouraged to volunteer.
