Dear HFES CEDM colleagues,<u1:p></u1:p>
Thank you all for your contributions to the CEDM TG over the years. The submissions for the annual meeting (ASPIRE) are in and we need your support in reviewing them! Even if it is just a few reviews that you can do, this is a great way to help the TG. We're looking for both non-student and student reviewers.<u1:p></u1:p>
New for 2024, reviewers will not review full papers or extended abstracts for the initial review phase. Instead, reviewers will be asked to review submissions of up to 1,250 words outlining the intent of the submission, thus less work per submission. At the same time, HFES hopes to increase the number of reviewers per submission and the quality of reviews. We therefore ask you to please review more submissions than in previous years. Your overall load should remain the same.
Initial reviews will take place March 20- April 8. If you are a reviewer for an accepted submission that chooses to submit a paper or extended abstract, you will be asked to serve as a reviewer only for those papers. Paper/extended abstract reviews will take place from May 14 - June 10.<u1:p></u1:p><u1:p> </u1:p>
Please fill out this form before March 15 to confirm your preferred email and how many papers you can review: https://forms.gle/EjFocYJNxZ6gPXHx6<u1:p></u1:p><u1:p> </u1:p>
If you have any questions regarding the process, please feel free to email me or contact Program Chair Assistant Abhinay Paladugu at paladugu.10@osu.edu.<u1:p></u1:p>
Your time and help are always appreciated. Thank you in advance for helping to make this year the best year yet!<u1:p></u1:p>
