    I thought it might be useful to start a discussion/thread about expert referral services.  Which do you use? Which do you like the most? Which should one stay clear of and why?
    I'll start.
    My main (but not only) service is Expert Institute.  Home | Expert Institute
    I like this service since it's mainly hands off after they connect you with a lawyer.  They don't tack on to your fees, but rather charge the lawyer a hiring fee. Their user interface for responding to inquiries could be improved, but overall their portal is fairly easy to use.

    The forensic group that I work with (Analytical Group, San Antonio TX) uses The TASA Group, Inc. in PA for referrals.  They also are hands off and charge their own fee to the lawyer.  They may be a bit slow to respond on occasion, but they've been okay to work with.
