Hi Everybody,
Several people have asked about being able to attend the COTG remotely. To date, I have gotten no official response about this from the society. What I will do is plan to host the meeting via my zoom account
https://virginia.zoom.us/j/2094823294 as long as I am able to hold a good internet connection. I cannot make any promises about the AV quality of this approach.

Hi TG Chairs,
Please plan to attend (or have a representative attend) the COTG business meeting at this year's annual meeting. This will occur on Monday October 10th from 3:30PM-5:00PM (I will send an update when I have detailed location information). I am planning to use this time to do several things:
- Describe the activities of the COTG over the last period;
- Highlight the features of the revised TG handbook we have prepared;
- Hold an open discussion about the different ways that TGs have found success engaging with their members; and
- Hold a general discussion about issues the TGs are facing and how COTG can provide support.
If you have anything else you would like to see added to the agenda, please let me know.
In the meantime, we are still in need of nominations for the COTG chair-elect position (we have not received the minimum required to hold an election). Please nominate anybody you think would be interested in the office (feel free to email me if you don't want to hunt down the official nomination form; mlb4b@virginia.edu).
I look forward to seeing everybody in Atlanta.
