The EXTENDED REALITY TECHNICAL GROUP is concerned with human factors issues associated with human-virtual environment interaction. These issues include maximizing human performance efficiency in virtual environments, ensuring health and safety, and circumventing potential social problems through proactive assessment. For VE/VR systems to be effective and well received by their users, researchers need to focus significant efforts on addressing human factors issues.     Are you interested in industrial applications of eXtended Reality technologies? Join us at the 3rd Workshop on eXtended Reality for Industrial and Occupational Supports (XRIOS), which will be held in conjunction with the IEEE VR Conference on March 16, 2024! This extraordinary event will take place in Orlando, Florida USA at the renowned Disney Contemporary Resort, an iconic Disney hotel offering attendees the perfect retreat.
