Council of Technical Groups

I am writing on behalf of the HFES Leadership Development Committee (LDC), hoping that you will provide us with some feedback NO LATER THAN July 31. The LDC is charged with developing materials to support the development of leaders within the Society. Over the winter, we reached out to a sample of TG chairs to ask them what materials they received when they took on this role and how useful the materials were in preparing for the role.  Based on these interviews, we identified materials that might have been useful as you took on the role of TG chair.

1. what changes/additions you might suggest and

2. what other materials you might like to have had.
