The AEROSPACE SYSTEMS TECHNICAL GROUP is concerned with the application of human factors to the development, design, certification, operation, and maintenance of human-machine systems in aviation and space environments. The group addresses issues for civilian and military systems in the realms of performance and safety.

    Greetings, Aerospace Systems TG members!

    I hope that all of you will be able to make it to Human Factors Annual Conference October 23 – 27.

    We will be having our annual business meeting in person this year.

    We are doing a breakfast meeting and social on Thursday, October 26 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM in the Tenleytown West room.

    You don't have to be dressed up, just come and touch base with your colleagues.

    We will introduce the new officers, discuss the new circle of excellence metrics for technical groups, and get your input on the direction that you would like to see this group move.

    I am really looking forward to seeing all of you!
