    The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has a broad portfolio that includes grant opportunities that may be of special interest to HFES members, including 2 grant opportunities addressing diagnostic processes. 

    AHRQ has extended the submission deadlines into 2028 for these 2 grants:
    PA-23-291          AHRQ Understanding and Improving Diagnostic Safety in Ambulatory Care: Incidence and Contributing Factors (R01)
    PA-23-290          AHRQ Improving Diagnostic Safety in Ambulatory Care: Strategies and Interventions (R18)
