    Dear HPM-TG members,

Today I received some updates about this year's HFES conference.

    • It will be completely virtual, with a reduced registration fee in comparison to last year.
    • Each lecture session will be 90 minutes, with 6 talks. Lecture presentations will be pre-recorded, with 12 minutes recording + 3 minutes live Q&A (15 minutes each person).
    • Posters will be organized in interactive sessions. There are three posters accepted from HPM-TG.
    • An online conference platform called hubb will be used. I saw a quick demo, it seems to support the view of different sessions as well as social interactions.
    • HPM-TG will have only one session (HP1) to cover 6 talks. It will be on Monday, Oct. 5, 3:00-4:30 pm, U.S. Eastern time.
ACTION: I am looking for one session Chair and one co-Chair to help organize HP1 lecture session. Please let me know if you are interested.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions. I will forward more details as we move closer to the meeting week.

    Best regards,

    Shi
