Update from Stan Caplan on the PDTG/HCTG Networking event below (and final call for sponsors).

Plans for the 10^th annual HCTG/PDTG Networking Event have changed since the previous posting about it couple weeks ago.  It will now be held on September 30^th at 2:00pm Eastern time.  Register at https://tamu.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJMkfu2gpjgsGtbo7HQ5h73cyaxNZ1A3VDDS to get in the "door".  All members of HCTG and/or PDTG are invited as are others who aspire to be members of those TGs.  The big difference this year from previous years is that you will have to sponsor your own food and drinks!  But there will still be opportunities to see old friends and meet new ones.  And, with support from sponsors, there will still be door prizes which might more appropriately be called portal prizes. 

Note that separate PDTG and HCTG Business Meetings will take place during the hour preceding the Networking Event.  Registration for those is different and it can be found on the annual meeting business meetings page. 

 Call for Sponsors

Door prizes will be given if sponsors step up to make them possible by contributing a nominal amount of $100 for which they will be acknowledged at the event.  The number and amount of portal prizes will depend on the total sum collected.  If you are able to be a sponsor, please contact scaplan@usabilityassociates.com by Noon of September 29^th and he will inform you how to make payment by credit card or check.
