I have reviewed the TG guidelines on the creation of a new TG and you, the COTG members, need to vote on the acceptance of this new TG and I send the results as recommendations to the Executive Council (EC) for their final vote and potential approval. So please send me your yay or nay and any comments you would like included in the recommendation that goes on to the Executive Council. I will compile the responses (which will remain anonymous) and send out a copy to you of what I send on to Kermit for the EC's consideration. Please send your vote to me at
