    Dear ASTG members,

I hope you and yours are well.  I wanted to remind the group that there is just one week left to submit your work to HFES (submissions are due at 3/19 midnight ET).  As the incoming ASTG program chair, a former tenured professor, and current human factors professional, I am inviting folks from all walks of life to submit their work for the upcoming annual meeting.  We love seeing the science of human factors advanced at HFES.  Since the practice of human factors is just as important as the science, HFES also highly encourages those that work in professional, government, and other applied settings to tell us about human factors practice in the real world.

I would also ask those of you with social media accounts or those that are on relevant mailing lists to spread the word about the upcoming meeting.  I posted the following on my LinkedIn page, but you should feel free to get creative with yours.

    Thank you,
