Greetings Perception and Performance Technical Group members.
I thought that some members of this group might be interested in this outreach program being offered by the Association for Chemoreception Sciences (AChemS). I recently connected with this group when I was digging into the literature on the sense of smell and coauthored a review paper "
Effects of COVID-19 on Sense of Smell: Human Factors/Ergonomics Considerations" in
Human Factors.
Anyhow, I thought that this public outreach was pretty interesting and wondered if we should consider doing something similar at some point. It is a nice way to help educate the public about some of what we do in our profession.
