    Hello all!  
    I have a benchmarking question for those of us who work in manufacturing.  
    Does your company have a formal restricted duty program?  Or is it a person by person approach.  In other words do you maintain a pool of jobs/tasks that an employee could do (based on their restrictions), or do you deal with it on a case by case basis?  

    Any information you can share on how your company's approach would be very helpful.
